"Experienced designers usually come to realize that clinging to a process framework is incompatible with the reality of the everyday work of a designer. Why?" This resonated. After almost 2 years of industry experience, I'm now looking back at my projects to put together a portfolio and realizing barely any of my projects followed an end-to-end process because of tight timelines, lack of resourcing, etc.

yeah this makes alot of sense. Need to be dynamic enough to adapt to whatever you need to in the moment.

Huge painpoint actually at @evan and I's company. A lot of shortcuts have to be made to meet expectations, which gets tricky cause like... what part of the process is most important?
